- Coordinated with logistics partners to manage delivery across borders
- Communicated directly with customs brokers to avoid delays
- Ran sourcing independently, in parallel with the company's own sales and marketing
strategy work
- Also supported that work directly, engaging local integrators and their procurement
teams
