What I Do
I work directly with Chinese suppliers for importers who don't have anyone managing it locally. For larger orders, I travel to China myself. I visit factories and finalize terms in person. Then I handle logistics and customs so goods arrive as agreed.

I also worked inside a Chinese manufacturer, Tokkawa Seiko, as their foreign business developer. I built their international client base across Vietnam. That gave me the supplier's perspective too.
What This Solves
Companies importing from China without someone local managing the relationship lose money to:
- Poor supplier vetting
- Weak negotiating leverage
- Logistics and customs delays
That is the gap I fill. I run the cycle from supplier discovery through delivery, in person when it counts.
The same gap exists in reverse. At Tokkawa Seiko, I helped a Chinese manufacturer reach and build trust with foreign buyers who had no local presence to negotiate with. That gives me both sides of the relationship.
